The goal of the DANA training is to encourage growth and professional development for the medical specialist.

This approach is developed within the hospital setting by Annemiek Nooteboom, based on coaching and training techniques from the ‘Appreciative Inquiry’ and ‘ Solution-focused coaching ‘, both derived from the Positive Psychology. These methods help to systematically identify and expand the most effective elements of the individual and the organization. 

DANA is a structured and validated conversational methodology.
